The Lakewell ABA Enrollment Journey:

  1. Complete intake forms. Set aside a quiet hour to focus on these forms. Have your child's medical history and insurance information handy.

  2. Verify insurance. Once we receive your forms, our dedicated team will verify your insurance benefits.

  3. Initial assessment. The assessment usually takes 2-3 hours and can be done in your home.

  4. Treatment planning. Using insights from the assessment, we'll create a personalized treatment plan for your child. This plan will outline specific goals and strategies tailored to your child's needs.

  5. Insurance approval. We'll submit the treatment plan to your insurance provider for final approval. Our team will handle all the paperwork and follow-ups.

  6. Begin therapy. With everything in place, we're ready to begin in-home ABA therapy. Your child's assigned therapist will start implementing the treatment plan, working closely with you and your family.
