About Lakewell
LaKeshia Wells, MSPY, BCBA, is a highly accomplished professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As the Executive Director and Owner of Lakewell ABA, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Wells' journey in this field began after she graduated high school and started working in adolescent group settings. It was during this time that she had the opportunity to work with students on the Autism Spectrum, igniting her passion for Autism.
Over the past decade, Ms. Wells has dedicated her career to working directly with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes. She has utilized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques to implement early intervention programming, with the goal of promoting positive behavior change and skill development in these individuals. In addition to her work in home-based interventions, Ms. Wells has also taught numerous social skills groups. These groups focus on helping individuals with ASD develop essential social skills and improve their ability to interact and communicate with others effectively. Ms. Wells has worked in various settings, including schools, clinics, and community centers, allowing her to gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of individuals with ASD.
